As the Association, acting as the data controller, through this privacy and personal data protection policy, we aim to inform you about which of your personal data will be processed for what purpose, with whom and why the processed data may be shared, our data processing method and legal grounds; and what your rights are regarding your processed data.

Your Collected Personal Data, Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your IP address and user agent information will be processed solely for analysis purposes and through technologies such as cookies, etc., by automatic or non-automatic methods, and sometimes obtained, recorded, stored, and updated from third parties such as analytical providers, advertising networks, search information providers, and technology providers, within the framework and during the term of the service and contractual relationship between us, based on the legitimate interest processing condition.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

a. To learn whether personal data is processed,

b. To request information if personal data has been processed,

c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

d. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

e. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

f. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,

g. To request that the operations carried out in accordance with sub-paragraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

h. To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

i. To demand the compensation of damages if personal data are processed unlawfully and the person suffers damage.
